About the Role
You will monitor and maintain automated warehouse equipment, diagnose electrical and automation failures, and complete preventive and corrective maintenance. You will use system data and CMMS records to resolve recurring issues, support technical escalations, guide technicians, and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, software engineering, automation engineering, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- At least 1 year of PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting experience
- At least 1 year of VFD experience
- At least 1 year of AC and DC motor experience
- Automated-system experience
- SQL
- Python
- Linux
- Robotics and electro-mechanical system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain automated systems
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and automation troubleshooting
- Diagnose PLC, VFD, motor, sensor, and control-hardware failures
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Use system data, alarms, logs, and dashboards to identify fault conditions
- Document maintenance activities and repairs in CMMS
- Act as a technical escalation point during disruptions
- Partner with on-site teams to restore system performance
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and operators
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and electrical safety standards
