About the Role

You will monitor automated warehouse-system health and performance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation failures, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. You will use alarms, logs, dashboards, and data analysis to identify root causes, restore performance during disruptions, and follow applicable safety requirements.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of related or equivalent work experience
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, preferably Allen-Bradley platforms
• Diagnose and support VFDs, AC/DC motors, servo motors, sensors, and automated material-handling equipment
• Use SQL, Python, and Linux for diagnostics, log review, and system interaction
• Maintain automated systems such as conveyors, vertical lifts, AS/RS equipment, robotics, or electro-mechanical systems
• Demonstrate troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills in an industrial production environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain automated warehouse system health and performance
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation issues
• Diagnose failures involving PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control hardware
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance
• Use alarms, logs, dashboards, and data analysis to identify root causes and recurring issues
• Serve as a technical escalation point during disruptions
• Collaborate to restore system performance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, electrical safety, and safety standards
