About the Role

You will monitor and maintain automated warehouse systems and resolve production-impacting electrical, mechanical, and automation issues. You will diagnose PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and control hardware; perform maintenance; analyze system data; document work; support incident recovery; guide technicians; and maintain safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• At least 1 year of hands-on PLC diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
• At least 1 year of VFD experience
• At least 1 year of AC and DC motor experience
• Experience with automated conveyor, lift, and motor-driven systems
• Experience with autonomous or semi-autonomous systems
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Linux
• Experience assembling, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotics and electromechanical systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours and off-shifts
• Compliance with PPE, LOTO, fall protection, and electrical safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain automated systems
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and automation troubleshooting
• Diagnose PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, and control hardware
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance
• Analyze system data, alarms, logs, and dashboards
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in CMMS systems
• Act as a technical escalation point during disruptions
• Support on-site recovery and system stabilization
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and operators
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, and electrical safety standards
