About the Role
You will lead legal strategy and execution for global infrastructure projects. You will advise on site selection, energy arrangements, construction, procurement, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements while managing external counsel and project risks across jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 15+ PQE as a lawyer supporting infrastructure, construction, or energy projects
- Track record supporting large-scale multi-jurisdictional digital infrastructure developments
- Expertise in commercial real estate and/or construction, regulatory frameworks, and commercial contracting
- Leadership experience at executive level
- Senior stakeholder-management capability
- Negotiation and influencing skills in complex commercial environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment
Responsibilities
- Lead legal strategy and execution for global infrastructure and data centre projects
- Support large-scale project strategy, negotiation, and execution
- Advise on site selection, land acquisition, zoning, and permitting
- Advise on power reservation and energy supply arrangements
- Counsel teams on data centre design and construction matters
- Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
- Structure and negotiate project-related commercial agreements
- Lead procurement-related legal work
- Manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Provide risk-based legal guidance to executive leadership
