About the Role
You will serve as the dedicated technical support contact for strategic enterprise accounts. You will investigate and resolve complex product issues, build customer architecture knowledge, coordinate with internal teams, manage urgent escalations, capture product feedback, and develop support runbooks, tooling, and metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product support experience
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in escalated, priority, or named-account support
- Fluency with APIs and technical SaaS products
- Ability to read technical documentation, error logs, and request traces
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise authentication
- Experience writing support runbooks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the named technical support contact for strategic enterprise accounts
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams on issue resolution
- Build knowledge of customer architectures, integrations, and use cases
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Applied AI teams
- Capture technical feedback and route it to Product
- Manage high-urgency customer issues and coordinate support coverage
- Build support runbooks, escalation paths, tooling, and metrics
- Develop expertise across the API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code
