About the Role

You will own the long-term supply-chain capability vision and roadmap. You will prioritize initiatives, define requirements and measures, build business cases, coordinate delivery from pilot to rollout, manage change, establish performance governance, and align product, commercial, and supply-chain priorities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of supply-chain operations and project-management experience
  • Experience building and managing supply-chain capabilities in multichannel industries
  • Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and execution
  • Experience running workshops, scoping projects, and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Business-case creation and prioritization skills
  • Communication and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term supply-chain capability vision and roadmap
  • Translate customer needs and capability gaps into a prioritized multi-year plan
  • Scope and prioritize supply-chain initiatives
  • Define requirements, success measures, and business cases
  • Drive initiatives from pilot to scaled rollout
  • Lead change management for adoption across teams, partners, and merchants
  • Define performance metrics and SLAs and govern deployed solutions
  • Align priorities across product, commercial, and supply-chain teams
