About the Role
You will own B2B client onboarding from initial engagement through technical integration and launch. You will coordinate operational processes with legal, compliance, product, and technology stakeholders, improve workflows, maintain playbooks and reporting, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business operations, client onboarding, implementation, or strategic operations experience
- Direct exposure to institutional clients
- Fintech experience
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with regular presence in the Chicago office

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding through go-live
- Serve as the operational contact for institutional clients
- Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing, and related processes
- Identify onboarding bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Develop operational playbooks, documentation, SLAs, escalation paths, and readiness materials
- Report pipeline status, client health, operational risks, and KPIs
- Manage client discussions, negotiations, and issue resolution
- Lead cross-functional special projects
