About the Role
You will participate in transaction work from origination through closing. You will perform financial modeling, valuation, research, strategic analysis, due diligence, and business-development analysis. You will prepare client presentations, identify sponsors, buyers, and investors, manage day-to-day deal activities, and mentor Analysts.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in a top-tier business school and graduate by summer 2028
- Hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Demonstrate project leadership and management capability
- Demonstrate organizational, execution, time management, relationship management, presentation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrate quantitative and technical expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Hold U.S. work authorization at the time of application
- Effectively integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows
