About the Role
You will own the post-onboarding customer journey and help clients adopt Cryptio in their reporting and month-end workflows. You will act as the primary point of contact after go-live, train users on product features and best practices, and help optimise reconciliation and reporting processes. You will learn technical concepts like APIs and integrations, identify adoption gaps and risks, and work with Support, Account Management, and Product to resolve issues and drive sustained adoption.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS, consulting, fintech, or accounting-related roles
- Interest in crypto, accounting, and financial operations
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation workflows
- Comfortable learning technical concepts like APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Experience working directly with customers and solving operational problems
- Clear communication with internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Nice to have: experience in accounting, audit, or finance tooling
- Nice to have: exposure to crypto projects, Web3 companies, or blockchain ecosystems
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey after onboarding
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post go-live
- Support client adoption of Cryptio across teams and workflows
- Train users on product features and best practices
- Optimize month-end, reconciliation, and reporting processes
- Understand client business models and how Cryptio supports operations
- Identify risks, adoption gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Support, Account Managers, and Product to resolve issues
