About the Role
You will diagnose complex operational and regulatory challenges and drive solutions to completion. You will design and own frameworks for outsourcing, risk assessment, and performance management. You will coordinate delivery across compliance, legal, product, and operations. You will design workflows, scalable operational controls, and automation including RAG pipelines and reasoning systems.
Requirements
- STEM degree
- Innate curiosity and love of learning
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to solve problems
- Ruthless prioritisation and highly organised project management skills
- Track record designing and maintaining scalable governance processes across operations and product
- Collaborative team player with a no-blame mindset
- Based in France
- 2+ years of experience in the FinTech industry
- Experience with regulated environments
- Experience in fast-growing start-up or scale-up companies
- Experience with product governance and risk management
- Track record of end-to-end project delivery
Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable operational controls, workflows, and automation using RAG pipelines and reasoning systems
