About the Role

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and the wider business to turn strategy into execution and scale operations across products, funds, and tokenisation initiatives. Own cross-functional initiatives, identify dependencies and blockers, drive delivery, maintain structured documentation, and communicate priorities and expectations with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions.
  • Experience building or improving operational processes in fast-growing or early-stage environments.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives independently.
  • Exposure to investment funds, alternative assets, capital markets, or fund operations is beneficial.
  • High drive, ownership, accountability, and comfort operating in ambiguity and under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust, compliant, and scalable operational models for products, funds, and tokenisation initiatives.
  • Own cross-functional initiatives end to end, identifying dependencies and blockers and driving delivery across teams.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and introduce standardisation and automation for scale.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Commercial, and Business teams around operational readiness and delivery.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate priorities, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders.
