About the Role
You will own the agent development life cycle from scoping and conversation design through tooling, evaluation, launch, and iteration. You will advise enterprise leaders, run customer working sessions, troubleshoot issues, keep launches on track, and communicate customer needs to product and research teams.
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analyze complex problems, identify risks, and adapt to change
- Read API documentation and understand data models and system architecture
- Manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects and deliver outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own the agent development life cycle from scope through production iteration
- Translate business goals into high-performing agents
- Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy
- Run customer working sessions
- Troubleshoot agent issues and keep builds on track for launch
- Surface customer needs to research and platform teams
