About the Role

You will lead end-to-end deployments for strategic enterprise customers, including scaled agent deployments and new proofs of concept. You will manage program delivery, executive alignment, internal resourcing, commercial strategy, revenue opportunities, and the ongoing quality and performance of production agents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant enterprise customer-facing experience
• Experience owning a named enterprise relationship
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to read API documentation
• Understanding of data models and system architecture
• Experience managing multiple complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployments for strategic enterprise customers
• Own the agent development lifecycle from scope through production iteration
• Manage program delivery and executive alignment
• Navigate cross-functional enterprise discussions with engineering and product teams
• Manage internal deployment resourcing
• Drive customer value, revenue upside, and cost-to-serve improvements
• Partner with Sales on commercial strategy
• Surface customer needs to shape product direction
