About the Role
You will lead post-sales technical success for customers running large-scale GPU workloads. You will guide cluster architecture and onboarding, optimize performance, manage technical account strategy and escalations, support account expansion, and provide product feedback.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years as an AI or ML engineer, MLOps practitioner, technical account manager, HPC engineer, or solutions engineer
- Knowledge of NVIDIA and AMD GPU architectures, CUDA, ROCm, distributed training, and ML frameworks
- Experience with Linux tuning and InfiniBand or RoCE networking
- Experience with high-performance storage systems
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and engineering audiences
- Experience supporting hyperscale, AI lab, or large-cluster deployments
- Cloud Native Computing Foundation Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification
Responsibilities
- Lead GPU customer onboarding and workload architecture
- Advise on GPU cluster topology, networking, and storage requirements
- Guide GPU selection and configuration for AI workloads
- Support distributed training frameworks and Kubernetes and SLURM environments
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend tuning
- Evaluate cost and performance tradeoffs
- Own technical strategy for assigned GPU and AI accounts
- Host technical reviews and optimization sessions
- Coordinate high-urgency incident resolution and customer communications
- Identify expansion opportunities and support technical validation
- Provide feedback on GPU, networking, storage, and AI platform offerings
