About the Role

You will design and deliver technical learning experiences for APIs, Codex, agents, and evaluations. You will lead customer training across the lifecycle, run workshops and hackathons, create reusable enablement assets, tailor plans to customer needs, and synthesize feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing or instructional experience
• Experience engaging C-level and senior technical audiences in enterprise environments
• Presentation and communication skills
• Technical depth in software engineering, software development lifecycle, and APIs
• Understanding of production AI systems, RAG, evaluation strategies, and agentic systems
• Experience leading structured technical training
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own technical enablement for APIs, Codex, Agents, Evaluations, and platform capabilities
• Lead customer training from onboarding through long-term adoption
• Design and deliver training sessions, executive briefings, hackathons, and workshops
• Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and business value
• Partner with sales, solutions architecture, and product teams on customer enablement plans
• Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform improvements
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for designated product areas
