About the Role

You will own commercial outcomes for human data operations and R&D service vendors. You will lead negotiations, manage contract redlines and renewals, maintain sourcing templates, monitor vendor performance, resolve escalations, and partner with internal stakeholders on budgets, security, legal terms, and supplier strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, vendor management, or commercial negotiation experience
• Hands-on experience redlining MSAs and SOWs and building contract templates
• Experience leading multi-million-dollar services negotiations
• Rate analysis, unit-cost analysis, TCO modeling, and pricing-model design skills
• Services vendor management experience with SLAs, scorecards, QBRs, and escalations
• Fluency with AI tools and experience rebuilding workflows around them
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

• Own commercial contract redlines, templates, amendments, and renewals
• Maintain contract templates, pricing exhibits, SLA schedules, and fallback playbooks
• Run the renewal calendar and maintain contract data
• Lead pricing and commercial negotiations
• Build AI-powered tools and playbooks for sourcing workflows
• Design pricing structures and maintain competitive supplier options
• Track savings, cost avoidance, and contract improvements
• Manage vendor QBRs, scorecards, SLAs, and escalations
• Manage security, compliance, audit, and data-handling approvals
• Partner on vendor budgets, forecasts, and cost models
