About the Role
Work with Plaid leaders on important, undefined problems across strategy, go-to-market, operations, and product. Identify unowned opportunities, lead high-performing teams, and use AI tools and agents as a force multiplier.
Requirements
- 10+ years of total experience, including consulting and direct operating roles.
- Track record of independently identifying problems and driving outcomes.
- High agency, ownership, and willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional teams to action.
- Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills.
- Experience directly managing high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred.
