About the Role
You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles across markets, products, and entities. You will prepare board materials, challenge business assumptions, optimize unit economics, support fundraising diligence, and improve finance systems and reporting through automation and AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
- 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Communication and storytelling skills
- Understanding of fintech business models, unit economics, and market trends
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives autonomously
- Fintech, payments, or high-growth technology experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and weekly reporting cycles
- Prepare board and management reporting materials
- Partner with product and commercial leaders to challenge business logic and optimize unit economics
- Surface variances and deliver actionable insights
- Support fundraising and investor due diligence through data room preparation
- Assemble, analyse, and quality-check financial models and performance data
- Identify finance-system and process inefficiencies
- Apply automation and AI to improve analytics and reporting accuracy
