About the Role

You will lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting, build multi-scenario financial models, and provide forecasts and analysis for decision-making. You will deliver leadership and board reporting, monitor financial KPIs, support business partners with planning and cost analysis, and implement scalable financial processes, tools, and data integrations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or strategic finance
• Financial modelling and analytical skills
• Ability to build scalable financial models
• Knowledge of cost structures, capital planning, and cash-flow modelling
• Ability to communicate complex trade-offs to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
• Develop and maintain multi-scenario financial models
• Build data-driven plans across headcount, OPEX, CAPEX, and project spend
• Provide visibility into burn, run rate, variance to plan, and budget utilisation
• Deliver financial reporting and commentary for leadership and the board
• Monitor financial KPIs and identify risks and opportunities
• Develop dashboards and tools for transparency and accountability
• Support project planning, resource allocation, vendor negotiations, pricing, margin, and cost modelling
• Design and implement planning workflows, templates, and financial systems
• Evaluate and deploy FP&A tools
• Drive automation and integration across finance and operational data sources
• Establish documentation and governance for planning inputs, assumptions, and outputs
