About the Role

You will develop customer-economics analyses and investment recommendations for consumer acquisition, retention, enterprise pipeline, and marketing spend. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, data, and business stakeholders to build models, improve measurement and attribution, forecast resources and spending, and turn emerging GTM questions into clear actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, growth analytics, or a related field
• Financial modeling and analytical skills
• Understanding of customer economics and investment returns
• Ability to work directly with data and build financial models
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve workflows
• Experience with consumer or self-serve acquisition and enterprise demand generation
• Communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop customer-economics analyses and investment recommendations using CAC, LTV, and payback
• Partner with Marketing and Growth leaders to scale initiatives and identify constraints
• Build financial models and analyses for growth investments, resource requirements, and spending forecasts
• Strengthen measurement and attribution with data and business partners
• Make investment decisions under incomplete information and refine investments based on results
• Own emerging GTM strategic questions and provide clear recommendations
