About the Role
You will own the integrated company plan and lead financial partnerships across go-to-market and R&D. You will build and lead the FP&A and Strategic Finance function, manage planning and reporting, partner on investment decisions, and improve planning systems and workflows.
Requirements
- Experience independently owning company-wide FP&A and Strategic Finance in a growing technology business
- Experience identifying business problems, forming recommendations, and influencing executives
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading teams
- Expertise in driver-based forecasting, integrated financial statements, cash planning, and scenario analysis
- Experience preparing and defending recommendations for senior leadership and Boards
- Applied AI fluency
- Experience improving planning systems, data quality, and operating processes
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, complex customer contracts, or significant financing or public-company readiness is valuable
Responsibilities
- Build and develop the FP&A and Strategic Finance team
- Own long-range and annual financial planning, forecasts, headcount, revenue, investments, and cash planning
- Lead performance management through forecasts, business reviews, and budget-owner conversations
- Partner with GTM and R&D leaders on pricing, unit economics, growth, infrastructure, and investment tradeoffs
- Lead executive and Board financial reporting and fundraising financial work
- Improve planning systems and workflows, including Pigment
- Use AI to accelerate analytical work and improve recurring workflows
