About the Role
You will build and own the driver-based company and operating-expense models. You will run annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, establish monthly and quarterly reporting cadences, prepare board financial materials, and evaluate major investment decisions involving hiring, compute, and strategic spend.
Requirements
- Build a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch.
- Run annual budget and reforecast cycles at a high-growth technology company.
- Translate financial analysis into narratives for executives or the board.
- Apply commercial judgment using unit economics and gross profit.
- Use a planning tool such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
- Use SQL and a data warehouse.
- Use AI tools.
- Experience with usage-based revenue, IPO readiness, public-company FP&A, Pigment, or team building is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Build and own driver-based company and operating-expense models in Pigment.
- Run annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting, including headcount and G&A forecasting.
- Establish monthly results, budget-versus-actuals, functional-review, and quarterly-business-review cadences.
- Prepare the financial section of board materials.
- Evaluate hiring, compute, and strategic-spend decisions.
