About the Role
You will lead GTM planning, build sales capacity and GTM financial models, administer incentive and commission frameworks, partner with commercial leadership, track revenue KPIs, deliver reporting for leadership and the Board, and build forecasting dashboards with RevOps.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of strategic finance, corporate finance, GTM finance, revenue operations, or related experience at a high-growth technology company
- 2+ years of investment banking experience at a top-tier firm
- Financial modeling expertise
- Knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics and GTM economics
- Sales capacity modeling, quota design, and incentive plan design experience
- Experience with CRM and RevOps data
- Google Sheets or Excel proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own sales capacity modeling, including headcount planning, ramp assumptions, quota-setting, and territory design
- Drive quarterly and annual GTM planning
- Design, administer, and govern GTM incentive and commission frameworks
- Partner with commercial leadership on deals and hiring decisions
- Build and maintain GTM financial models
- Define and track GTM KPIs
- Deliver reporting packages to leadership and the Board
- Build dashboards and forecasting infrastructure with RevOps
