About the Role
You will own quarterly and annual planning, financial models, unit economics, KPI reporting, and cash-flow analysis. You will partner with executives on strategic initiatives, prepare Board materials, support fundraising, and build scalable finance processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or related experience at a high-growth technology company
- 1–2 years of investment banking experience at a top-tier firm
- Financial modeling expertise
- Analytical and business communication skills
- Google Sheets or Excel proficiency
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- B2B SaaS and ARR metrics experience is preferred
- Familiarity with accounting ERPs and financial planning tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field is preferred
Responsibilities
- Own quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Build and own financial models and the unit economics framework
- Partner with executives on strategic initiatives
- Define financial and operational KPIs and build dashboards
- Monitor financial metrics and cash flow
- Deliver reporting packages and business insights
- Build models for long-range planning, business cases, and investment evaluation
- Prepare Board meeting materials and support fundraising
- Build a scalable finance function
