About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe, building trusted client relationships and driving adoption, retention, growth, and measurable ROI. You will work closely with Sales on onboarding, lead client check-ins, identify risks and growth opportunities, and engage stakeholders through the C-suite.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience in customer success, client service, account management, technical account management, implementation, or a similar B2B SaaS role
- Experience managing a book of business and KPIs
- Experience managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Experience onboarding clients and building key relationships
- Fluency in English
- Based in London
- Ability to work from the office three days per week
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe
- Build trusted relationships and turn clients into successful users
- Drive client adoption, retention, growth, and ROI
- Partner with Sales to deliver cohesive onboarding experiences
- Educate clients on video content creation using the platform
- Engage business and technical stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
- Lead regular client check-ins and identify client-health risks and opportunities
- Perform light video editing using the Synthesia platform
