About the Role
You will translate product requests into detailed, testable technical requirements. You will analyze dependencies and risks, maintain documentation and traceability, collaborate on validation and test cases, manage requirements through the lifecycle, and support system models for the Hivemind SDK.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with approximately 7+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with approximately 5+ years
- Experience generating product and test requirements for software products
- Familiarity with C++17, Python, Go, or similar modern-language workflows
- Knowledge of DOORS, Jama, or Jira
- Understanding of robotics and autonomy
- Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, configuration management, and software lifecycle processes
- 4+ years of systems engineering or quality assurance experience supporting safety-critical complex systems
- Knowledge of systems engineering processes, V-model development, and lifecycle traceability
- Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML
- Comfort working in Linux
Responsibilities
- Translate customer feature requests into technical requirements
- Analyze requirement dependencies, constraints, edge cases, and risks
- Author acceptance criteria, traceability links, and system-model documentation
- Validate requirements with quality assurance, test, and development teams
- Support test-case development and verification coverage
- Manage requirements, version control, and change impacts
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and reviews
- Support development and maintenance of system models
