About the Role
You will develop real-time software for controlling and scheduling mobile robot fleets. You will design algorithms and data structures, simulate robot behavior, develop path-planning and localization algorithms, define quality metrics, integrate localization sensors, support testing and manufacturing, troubleshoot system issues, and process engineering change requests.
Requirements
- Pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field
- Have experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and RabbitMQ
- Have experience with Linux, C++, Python, Matlab, and data-analysis packages
- Know Git, Jira, and Confluence or similar tools
- Demonstrate familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD, GitHub automation, Docker, or Jenkins
- Have experience with OpenCV, PCL, ROS, Boost, or Eigen
- Have hands-on embedded-systems experience with Arduino, STM32, ESP32, or Raspberry Pi
- Understand CAN, SPI, and I2C
- Demonstrate knowledge of data structures and algorithms

- Simulate robot behavior during feature development
- Develop path-planning algorithms for manipulation and navigation
- Design and implement localization algorithms
- Define localization-quality metrics
- Integrate localization sensors and develop offline improvement pipelines
- Support system and subsystem testing
- Provide technical manufacturing support
- Troubleshoot production and design issues
- Evaluate and process engineering change requests
