About the Role
You will design and evolve CI/CD pipelines, artifact systems, build infrastructure, test infrastructure, and developer tooling. You will optimize cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot complex failures, improve code-review and integration workflows, lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call and incident response.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or developer productivity experience
- Experience with CI/CD systems and automated build, test, and deployment infrastructure
- Experience with artifact repositories, software packaging, dependency management, and reproducible builds
- Experience with cloud platforms and programmatic infrastructure provisioning
- Experience with version control, code review workflows, branching strategies, and repository management
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix, networking, and automation scripting or programming
- Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
- Experience debugging distributed systems and infrastructure issues
- Experience leading technical initiatives across teams
- Experience operating production systems, on-call, incident response, and postmortems
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve CI/CD pipelines
- Improve artifact lifecycle systems, including versioning, storage, distribution, dependency management, and reproducible builds
- Improve code review workflows, branching strategies, and automated integration processes
- Provision, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure for CI workloads
- Troubleshoot build failures, pipeline bottlenecks, and infrastructure issues
- Improve build infrastructure, test infrastructure, developer tooling, and automation
- Lead architectural improvements to developer infrastructure
- Contribute to AI tooling for engineering productivity
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers
- Participate in on-call and incident response
