About the Role

You will scale and secure hybrid AWS and on-premises infrastructure, improve delivery pipelines, operate Kubernetes and blockchain nodes, strengthen security controls, and use AI-enabled observability and automation to maintain high availability and performance.

Requirements

6–10 years of Linux/Unix systems engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps/SRE experience.
Production Kubernetes expertise, including EKS or bare-metal clusters, Helm, Kustomize, service mesh, and ArgoCD.
Hands-on Terraform and Terragrunt experience using modular, DRY configuration patterns.
Knowledge of at least one modern programming language and automation engineering skills.
Production AWS experience and exposure to on-premises virtualization platforms.
Networking knowledge including TCP/UDP, BGP, DNS, TLS/mTLS, HTTP/gRPC, tcpdump, Wireshark, and eBPF.
Operational familiarity with PostgreSQL, MariaDB/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
Eligibility to work in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

Architect, provision, and maintain multi-region AWS and on-premises virtualized infrastructure using Terragrunt.
Manage, harden, and scale production Kubernetes clusters using ingress controllers, service mesh, Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, and Crossplane.
Deploy, administer, and maintain blockchain RPC, validator, archive, and sentry nodes.
Enforce cloud and container security controls, including network policies, IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
Integrate AI and AIOps tooling for anomaly detection, log parsing, and root-cause analysis.
Tune microservices and cloud workloads for high-volume, low-latency financial transactions.
