About the Role
Own mobile engineering for crypto fiat on-ramp and off-ramp experiences across international markets, building payment integrations and multi-step transaction flows, ensuring regional compliance, making payment architecture decisions, using AI-assisted development workflows, and mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of native iOS or Android development experience
- Experience owning high-stakes, multi-step transaction flows in consumer-facing mobile products
- Experience building crypto token on-ramp or off-ramp products for international markets
- Experience with cross-regional fiat payment integrations, bank transfers, e-wallets, and third-party PSPs
- Understanding of fiat-to-crypto conversion UX
- Understanding of KYC tiers, transaction limits, and regional regulatory constraints
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development with tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- Experience building personal AI development workflows with prompt engineering, toolchain integration, and agentic coding
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own mobile engineering for crypto fiat on-ramp and off-ramp experiences
- Build and maintain cross-regional fiat payment integrations
- Implement quote flows, payment method selection, transaction status, and failure handling
- Ensure mobile payment flows and user data handling comply with regional requirements
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, product, and regional market teams
- Drive technical decisions on payment architecture
- Use AI coding tools and maintain repeatable AI development workflows
- Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards
