About the Role
You will define technical vision and strategies for mobile products, guide engineering practices, and translate requirements into well-engineered solutions. You will work across agile teams, improve Flutter engineering processes, mentor engineers, and help deliver resilient, high-performance mobile applications.
Requirements
- Several years of software engineering experience with Flutter, native iOS or Android, or React Native
- Experience with Flutter libraries, tools, and lifecycle
- Experience building mobile applications and high-performance user interfaces
- Experience writing testable code and automation tests
- Experience technically leading and mentoring mobile engineers
- Experience with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment
Responsibilities
- Define product engineering vision and strategies for business areas
- Lead technical practices and advocate for software delivery best practices
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Translate requirements into well-engineered mobile solutions
- Improve processes and quality within the Flutter community of practice
- Share technical knowledge and support collaborative learning
