About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain automated test infrastructure for continuous integration, hardware-in-the-loop, and system-level validation. You will develop Python frameworks and tools, validate hardware and firmware builds, diagnose failures, manage test data, and create reusable testing APIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of test automation or embedded systems validation experience
- Knowledge of firmware and hardware interfaces, including I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, ADC, GPIO, and Ethernet
- Python proficiency for test automation, scripting, and data processing
- Experience with Linux development and command-line tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or TeamCity
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test systems across embedded, electrical, and software interfaces
- Develop Python test frameworks and CLI tools
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD workflows
- Bring up and validate hardware and firmware builds
- Define test coverage, interface contracts, and validation flows
- Diagnose test failures from hardware faults through software regressions
- Manage data logging, visualization, and traceability for automated test runs
- Design scalable and reusable test frameworks and APIs
