About the Role

You will define technical vision and strategies for mobile products, guide engineering practices, and translate requirements into well-engineered solutions. You will work across agile teams, improve Flutter engineering processes, mentor engineers, and help deliver resilient, high-performance mobile applications.

Requirements

  • Several years of software engineering experience with Flutter, native iOS or Android, or React Native
  • Experience with Flutter libraries, tools, and lifecycle
  • Experience building mobile applications and high-performance user interfaces
  • Experience writing testable code and automation tests
  • Experience technically leading and mentoring mobile engineers
  • Experience with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment

Responsibilities

  • Define product engineering vision and strategies for business areas
  • Lead technical practices and advocate for software delivery best practices
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Translate requirements into well-engineered mobile solutions
  • Improve processes and quality within the Flutter community of practice
  • Share technical knowledge and support collaborative learning
