About the Role
You will lead architectural decisions, set technical standards, conduct design reviews, and reduce technical debt. You will mentor engineers, improve engineering practices, lead incident learning, and own critical systems through production support. You will help modernize the platform, build real-time liquidity data pipelines, support digital assets, and develop AI-powered cash-flow capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software-engineering experience
- 3+ years working on complex, business-critical production systems
- Experience with significant-scale products and multi-quarter cross-team projects
- Experience leading technical designs implemented by teams of 3+ engineers
- Cloud-platform proficiency, preferably Azure
- Docker and Kubernetes experience
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipeline design knowledge
- Observability and microservices deployment knowledge
- Deep C#/.NET expertise
- Relational database expertise, ideally SQL Server
- RESTful API experience and knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, and webhooks
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
