About the Role

You will own and evolve authentication and authorization infrastructure that enables users to interact securely with services. You will design and build mission-critical identity systems, including identity federation, token lifecycles, and fine-grained access-control models. You will create resilient multi-tenant identity solutions while balancing security, platform stability, and developer experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of backend or systems engineering experience, including at least 5 years in Identity and Access Management
  • Expert-level Go proficiency
  • Experience building high-performance, concurrent, scalable distributed systems
  • Experience deploying and managing services in Kubernetes environments on AWS or GCP
  • Architectural understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and SCIM
  • Experience with identity federation, token management, and complex access-control flows
  • Knowledge of modern security best practices, encryption standards, and secure coding principles
