About the Role
You will lead architecture reviews, build and mature delivery pipelines, establish AI-assisted development standards, solve shared platform problems, and create agentic tooling. You will assess cross-system dependencies and partner with platform developers to improve safe software delivery.
Requirements
- Software engineering fundamentals in version control, testing, code review, deployment automation, and simple design.
- Experience building delivery pipelines for an engineering team.
- Experience leading engineering-practice improvements as team scope grows.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows.
- Ability to lead technical discussions across teams and reach decisions.
- Ability to assess the impact of changes on systems outside your ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews for go-to-market systems.
- Architect pull request workflows, CI/CD, automated UAT, and production deployment paths.
- Establish shared AI-assisted development standards.
- Solve shared architectural problems and common tooling needs across engineering teams.
- Build and shape agentic tooling on the platform.
- Trace upstream and downstream system dependencies during design decisions.
- Partner with platform developers to expand safe delivery capabilities.
