About the Role
You will design and build real-time, high-performance software that manages fleets of mobile robots. You will optimize fleet performance, develop reliable production software, lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, investigate software performance issues, and create and maintain unit and system-level tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, or a related STEM field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
- At least 1 year of technical leadership or team lead experience
- Object-oriented design and programming expertise
- C# proficiency
- Asynchronous or multithreaded programming experience
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and communication protocols
- Experience with RabbitMQ, MQTT, or gRPC
Responsibilities
- Build real-time software for managing mobile robot fleets
- Analyze and improve fleet performance
- Develop robust production software
- Lead technical efforts across projects
