About the Role
You will lead technical delivery for autonomy capabilities on launched-effects platforms. You will integrate autopilots, payload systems, executive autonomy, and multi-agent coordination; coordinate with internal and external partners; lead mission-readiness work and field tests; debug software and hardware; analyze mission data; and improve deployment processes.
Requirements
- BS/MS in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Expert C++ development experience
- Expert Linux development experience
- Experience leading complex autonomy or embedded-software integration efforts
- Experience influencing technical direction across engineering teams
- Experience supporting operational tests or customer deployments
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of autonomy capabilities
- Develop and integrate autonomy for launched-effects platforms
- Integrate autopilots payload systems and executive autonomy
- Coordinate multi-agent and fleet-scale deployments
- Lead design reviews architecture decisions and ICD development
- Drive validation release planning and mission readiness
- Support flight tests demonstrations exercises and deployments
- Lead root-cause analysis across software hardware networking and platform interfaces
- Analyze mission data and coordinate corrective actions
- Build tools automation and integration processes
- Implement command-and-control interfaces and open-systems standards
- Travel to offices customer sites training events and tests
