About the Role
You will define the technical roadmap and architecture for a web platform, including component systems, rendering, CMS, CI/CD, infrastructure, and developer tooling. You will develop reliable agentic workflows for code generation, testing, review, deployment, and monitoring, while mentoring engineers and guiding cross-functional architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Technical leadership of a web platform
- Experience with design systems, rendering frameworks, edge delivery, CI/CD, and infrastructure
- React
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- Experience with frontend framework migrations
- Knowledge of AI-native software development
- Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for component systems, rendering architecture, CMS, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling
- Influence shared architectural decisions across web and marketing engineering
- Apply agentic workflows to code generation, testing, review, deployment, and production monitoring
- Define evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and feedback loops for reliable agentic workflows
- Mentor engineers and establish AI-native engineering standards
