About the Role
You will design and optimize high-performance compute kernels for AI workloads. You will work across linear algebra, tensor operations, numerical correctness and low-level performance; write C++ and Python; profile on Linux; make memory, threading and numerical trade-offs; guide technical direction; review designs; mentor engineers; and support validation, benchmarking and production quality.
Requirements
- Excellent C++ and Python skills
- Experience building performance-sensitive software
- Understanding of processor architectures
- Linux profiling and low-level optimization skills
- Technical leadership experience, including guiding engineering direction, reviewing designs, and mentoring others
- Ability to balance hands-on implementation with broader ownership and team impact
- Experience with numerical correctness, benchmarking, regression testing, or validation
- Communication skills and technical judgment
- Legal right to work in Poland
