Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Developer tooling, internal platforms, or infrastructure experience
- AI systems, automation, or agentic workflow experience
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools
- Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate internal tools and services
- Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into engineering processes
- Improve the reliability, usability, and performance of internal platforms
- Own systems end-to-end, including production support and iterative improvement
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Set technical direction for major areas of Intelligent Tooling
- Mentor other engineers
