About the Role
You will build the platform library, abstractions, tooling, and rollout engine used for model training and evaluation. You will improve reliability, scheduling, routing, and request handling at scale; turn researchers' needs into shared tools; and strengthen testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience building and debugging complex distributed systems at scale
- Strong Python skills
- Software design skills including testing, code review, and CI/CD
- Experience building systems from the ground up
- Experience working in small teams operating complex systems at scale
Responsibilities
- Design and build platform libraries, abstractions, and tooling
- Build and evolve the rollout engine
