About the Role

You will validate the workload-management stack for AI accelerator hardware and ensure Kubernetes integrations are reliable, scalable, and ready for production. You will design and develop automated test suites, build system and integration tests, improve CI/CD quality practices, and investigate issues across Kubernetes, infrastructure, and application layers. You will contribute to test strategy and validation planning, improve test coverage, and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and testing-practice support to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

  • Strong Python programming experience focused on automation and test engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or similar automation frameworks
  • Experience testing cloud-native, containerised, or distributed systems
  • Strong Linux and Kubernetes understanding and confidence debugging across multiple system layers
  • Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
  • Ability to improve test coverage, raise quality standards, and support other QA engineers
  • Legal right to work in Poland
