About the Role
You will lead the development and deployment of system-level test hardware, software, automation, and characterization solutions for AI processors. You will own SLT workstreams, develop test content and hardware, analyze failures, optimize manufacturing test strategy, support production transfer, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Experience in system-level test, production test, characterization, or post-silicon validation
- Knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals, power delivery, signal integrity, board design, and advanced packaging
- Knowledge of DFT methodologies including scan, JTAG, BIST, MBIST, boundary scan, and manufacturing test architectures
- Experience with OSATs, contract manufacturers, and high-volume manufacturing
- Python, Tcl, Shell, Perl, or similar scripting and automation
- Technical project leadership and cross-functional coordination
- Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead development and deployment of SLT hardware and software solutions
- Own SLT workstreams from requirements through production readiness
- Develop and integrate SLT test content
- Lead development of test boards, sockets, thermal solutions, and instrumentation
- Develop SLT software frameworks, automation, diagnostics, telemetry, and analysis tools
- Drive voltage, frequency, thermal, and reliability characterization
- Lead debug, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and correlation activities
- Optimize test coverage, test time, screening effectiveness, and manufacturing test strategies
- Support transfer of SLT solutions into manufacturing environments
- Collaborate with DFT teams on testability and manufacturing test requirements
- Mentor junior engineers
- Drive technical reviews, planning, risk management, and execution tracking
