About the Role
You will own the lifecycle and operation of large-scale Kubernetes clusters across Alibaba Cloud and AWS. You will manage multi-cloud infrastructure, lead cloud-native optimization, build monitoring and security controls, automate operations and deployments, respond to incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve long-term platform stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field
- 4+ years of experience operating production Kubernetes clusters
- Knowledge of Kubernetes components, scheduling, networking, storage, and controllers
- Experience operating Alibaba Cloud and AWS dual-cloud production environments
- Proficiency with ACK, ECS, SLB, VPC, RAM, RDS, OSS, EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, TGW, and cloud monitoring tools
- Proficiency in Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with containerd, Docker, CNI, CSI, multi-cluster management, Istio, and Envoy
- Strong Shell and Python automation skills
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or EFK, Jaeger, and SkyWalking
- Experience with large-scale cloud environments, cost optimization, security hardening, or AI workload scheduling is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of large-scale Kubernetes clusters
- Operate and optimize Alibaba Cloud and AWS resources
- Lead containerization and microservices operations
- Optimize Pod scheduling, quotas, network policies, image management, and logging
- Build monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing systems
- Define operations runbooks, change processes, and incident response plans
- Strengthen cluster and container security controls
- Develop Shell and Python operations automation
- Integrate Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Implement Infrastructure as Code
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis
- Document best practices and improve multi-cloud Kubernetes capabilities
