About the Role
You will own observability products across the cloud, including customer-facing GPU and cluster health, utilization, job telemetry, and InfiniBand metrics. You will define the product roadmap, build diagnostics, establish telemetry foundations, and work with customers and cross-functional partners to launch, measure, and improve features.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years working on technical infrastructure, platform, or developer-facing products
- Ability to turn data and customer signals into product decisions
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and shipping products with cross-team adoption
- Experience taking products from idea through launch, measurement, and iteration
- Comfort discussing distributed systems, metrics pipelines, hardware health, and failure modes
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work through ambiguity and define iterative plans
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the observability product strategy and roadmap
- Decide which telemetry signals customers see through the console and Lambda Cloud API
- Build diagnostics that distinguish customer code or configuration issues from platform problems
- Define and productize SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs
- Define internal telemetry with SRE and fleet engineering
- Gather customer feedback from AI research labs, startups, and enterprise machine learning teams
- Align engineers, designers, and executives on the roadmap
- Define success metrics, measure adoption, and iterate on features
- Deliver observability capabilities through the console, API, and cluster tooling
