About the Role

You will own the European market across the EU and UK by deciding which products to activate and when. You will set volume targets and client milestones, guide enterprise product discussions, translate regulation into product decisions, build commercial propositions and expand ownership into adjacent payment products.

Requirements

  • Substantive experience building products in European payments
  • Experience owning a product through PSD2 compliance
  • Experience launching on SEPA or UK Faster Payments rails
  • Experience making product decisions within a regulatory framework
  • Evidence of shipped and live product output
  • Commercial judgment across segment prioritization and competitive positioning
  • Experience contributing to substantive enterprise conversations
  • Ability to set direction without a complete playbook
  • Ability to work through global product and engineering teams without direct authority
  • Experience using AI seriously and at scale
  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • European payments fintech or financial infrastructure experience
  • Experience at a PSP neobank or payments infrastructure company at scale

  • Own the European market across the EU and UK
