About the Role
You will own product work across risk and compliance infrastructure fraud decisioning and payment partner onboarding. You will identify gaps in internal workflows build scalable tools create case management and onboarding experiences and translate operational requirements into shippable products. You will manage vendor evaluations and relationships contribute to broader payment products and use data to improve performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Track record of shipping products end to end from ambiguity to production
- Ability to own a problem space without a provided roadmap
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in payments fintech or financial infrastructure
- Experience building internal tooling or operational products
- Experience with payment vendor procurement or partnerships
- Exposure to compliance fraud underwriting or risk workflows
- Experience working with data or ML-driven products
Responsibilities
- Own internal tooling for risk and compliance
- Identify workflow gaps and build faster more accurate systems
- Translate manual workflows into structured scalable tools
- Build case management onboarding decisioning and fraud reporting products
- Own payment vendor procurement and structured evaluations
- Drive MSA and legal review
- Manage vendor relationships after onboarding
- Translate operational requirements into product specifications
- Contribute to pay-in payout and orchestration product work
- Analyze performance and iterate quickly
