About the Role

You will own the networking product roadmap and define how customers experience performance, reliability, and scale. You will conduct customer discovery, shape networking strategy, partner with engineering and SRE, communicate technical trade-offs, analyze the market, support go-to-market work, and maintain product documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of technical product management or product-minded engineering experience
  • Experience owning outcomes at Staff or Group PM scope
  • Strong customer orientation
  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services
  • Experience building and launching networking products
  • Ability to define ambiguous cross-functional initiatives
  • Analytical decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships and understand networking needs
  • Advocate for customers internally
  • Own and prioritize the networking product roadmap
  • Define the long-term vision for cluster networking, SDN, and RDMA fabrics
  • Partner with engineering and SRE on technical specifications, timelines, and economics
  • Communicate technical trade-offs to company leadership
  • Track cloud networking industry trends
  • Translate market trends into differentiation opportunities
  • Support sales and marketing positioning
  • Create and maintain networking product documentation
