About the Role
You will own the long-term vision and roadmap for sensors, compute, and vehicle integration. You will develop requirements, make hardware trade-offs, align development and deployment work, establish field feedback loops, communicate progress to senior stakeholders, mentor product managers, and travel to deployment and partner sites.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience
- Hardware-intensive product-management experience
- Platform-level product strategy experience
- Technical fluency with sensors, systems architecture, and firmware
- Cross-functional leadership experience in matrixed organizations
- Technical and executive communication skills
- Engineering, computer science, or related technical master's or doctoral degree
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for the autonomous-driving hardware ecosystem
- Develop requirements across sensors, compute, and vehicle integration
- Analyze engineering, business, and regulatory factors to guide product decisions
- Align engineering, operations, supply chain, systems engineering, and perception work
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements through deployment and iteration
- Build feedback loops between field operations and engineering
- Communicate product strategy, software maturity, readiness, and roadmap progress
- Mentor product managers and establish product-management frameworks
- Travel to commercial deployment sites and hardware partner locations
